I'm a storyteller, filmmaker, copywriter, business coach, and believer that nothing is impossible.
I'm a guide for soul-led coaches who've realized that the patriarchal, capitalist structures and the hustle mentality of traditional coaching businesses are draining their energy and diluting their impact (not to mention, leaving them on the verge of burnout).

My journey to liberation (in progress)
My path to this work wasn't linear—it was a deliberate unraveling from systems that weren't serving me or the world.
For more than 15 years, I navigated nonprofit communications, fundraising, and development, witnessing firsthand how even purpose-driven work can replicate harmful patterns of scarcity and burnout. Exhaustion is expected, bootstrapping is normal, and martyrdom is a badge of honor.
Through this journey, I discovered that true liberation comes from challenging what we've been told is "impossible":
That we must choose between profit and purpose
That success requires constant hustle and sacrifice
That we must follow established formulas to be taken seriously
I know in my soul that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Instead, I developed the Flow Aligned Framework, merging science, storytelling, and strategy to create spaciousness and groundedness while building businesses that are not only sustainable but transformational.
Storytelling is revolutionary
In a world designed to keep us disconnected, storytelling becomes an act of rebellion. When we share our authentic truths, we disrupt the dominant narrative. We invite others to see possibilities beyond the matrix of productivity and profit-at-all-costs.
I've spent years helping organizations and coaches tell stories that move people to action—whether fundraising for nonprofits like Southern Alliance for Clean Energy and WDVX Community Radio, or supporting visionary coaches like Chen Lizra and Nisha Moodley.
What I've learned is that our most powerful stories aren't about perfection—they're about contradiction, complexity, and courage.
Community is key
As Audre Lorde stated, "Without community, there is no liberation." This truth grounds everything I do.
The capitalist system thrives on isolation, convincing us that success is an individual pursuit, that our struggles are personal failings rather than systemic issues.
But true transformation has always happened in circles, not in silos.
In my work, community isn't an afterthought or a marketing strategy—it's the essential foundation for sustainable change.
Whether through facilitated group programs, community resource sharing, or collaborative projects, I create spaces where coaches can experience true solidarity, not just networking or transactional relationships, but genuine care and collective power.

Who I am beyond the work
I’m just a small-town girl, living in a lonely world. A child of the 80s who can’t remember what I ate for breakfast but can instantly recall lyrics for any hair-band ballad (try me).
I’m obsessed with Chomolungma (aka Mt Everest), a die-hard Whovian, K-pop lover with a Spotify playlist that includes music from Thailand, Japan, China, Mexico, Puerto Rico, England, India, Poland, Turkey, Canada, and the United States.
I’m a sister, aunt, neighbor, friend, dog and cat mom.
But first of all, I am a wild soul in human form. Searching for my next moment of awe and the next story to tell.
